It may be the last thing you think of when the wind is battering your windows, but taking care of your hot tub cover in high winds is important.
To ensure you & your hot tub are kept safe, please follow our guidance.
Firstly, your hot tub cover is quite heavy, but when it is not secured onto your hot tub, it can be caught by the wind and could cause injury to persons or belonging. For this reason, we recommend that you Do Not use your hot tub in high winds. Even when the cover is seemingly secured by a cover lifter, it can dislodge do harm.
Please secure your cover onto your hot tub using the cover clips and locking them all with the key. If for whatever reason your cover clips are not present, use something heavy on the edges of the hot tub cover to keep it securely in place.
