For a while now I have known about the much anticipated new Jacuzzi hot tub model. I knew it had been designed and costed for the lower end of the market; which has been a needed addition for the Jacuzzi hot tub range for some time. Many Jacuzzi hot tub dealers (ourselves included) sell more than one brand to cater for the £4,000 - £6,500 budget.
If I am completely honest, I was initially a little surprised when I found out it is being marketed as a hot tub for holiday homes.
Actually, I'm not. Year on year we see a rise in the number of customers who purchase a hot tub for their holiday home. It seems to be the most wanted item for holiday makers. Holiday home owners see an average increase of £75 per week on their rental income, but more than that, by owning a hot tub for their holiday homes, occupancy has risen by 60-85%. A welcome figure for any business owner!
Because it has been designed as the hot tub for holiday homes, it is easy to maintain, strong and robust. The quick drain facility speeds up the drain time to 20 minutes. The controls are very simple to use. It has a steel frame to help withstand it from constant usage. This is on top of the quality and thermal insulation properties you would expect from Jacuzzi.
Although I can see the Jacuzzi Lodge being very popular with the hospitality industry, I honestly think it will be a great addition to any garden. It seats four adults and one child comfortably, looks great and can easily be sunk into your decking. I wouldn't want to sell this exclusively as a hot tub for holiday homes.
We are expecting our Jacuzzi Lodge in a few weeks time. We will be able to tell you more about the features, hydrotherapy and looks when we've had chance to play. It will also be launched on our website with full specification and pricing (Starting from £4,495).
If you would like to find out more in the meantime, please feel free to contact us. We would be delighted to help.
What do you think? Are you a holiday home owner who is thinking about investing in a hot tub for your holiday home? We would love to hear from you.
