Just before lockdown, HTS partnered with Echelon to bring you their wonderful Echelon Connect Bike, the EX3. Having spent the last week or so trying it out at home, I can honestly say it is a fabulous exercise/ spin bike. There are a wide variety of spin classes to join, either live or on demand; all at varying levels and durations to appeal to both the beginner and advanced rider. The Echelon connect bike, allows you to connect your own smart device to the bike through an easy to navigate app; which even with pretty poor internet, worked seamlessly for me.
As you can see, it doesn't take up a huge amount of room, so can be used in any inside space, close to a socket for power.
One of the wonderful features of Echelon is that you pay one subscription of £39.99 per month to access all the exercise classes. You are able to choose from any of the live or on demand spin, yoga or Zumba classes. You can also have more than one rider, so all the family can keep fit at home.
